The School Based Health Centers are for ALL young people in Deschutes County. 

They provide several treatment and prevention services, including:

• Well child exams (with sports physicals as needed)

• Sick visits

• Immunizations (shots)

• Assistance with OHP applications

• Mental health services

These services are provided by licensed medical professionals who specialize in child and family care. Any child, newborn through 20 years of age living in the Bend / La Pine, Redmond or Sisters school districts is welcome to receive care at the School Based Health Centers. The La Pine location is also able to serve patients of all ages.
